"I had a great experience working with Rik B. at State Farm. I was looking to switch coverages after my existing policies had steadily increased over the past few years, and Rik made the process smooth and stress-free. His knowledge and down-to-earth approach were greatly appreciated. I needed a day or two to finalize my quotes, and Rik let me know he’d be heading out on vacation—but assured me his manager, Austin M., would be up to speed. Sure enough, when I called back, Austin followed through exactly as Rik promised and made sure everything was handled seamlessly. What really impressed me after the fact, was the State Farm technology. Within 10 minutes of putting the insurance in force with Austin, I received a stream of emails confirming everything—including coverage binders and even one that helped me set up my account for both desktop and mobile. It was fast, organized, and incredibly user-friendly. Great service and great systems—I couldn’t be more pleased!"

"Rik was very attentive and understood my frustration with the automobile policy. He worked hard to get me the best deal with the coverage that I needed. As a plus he also secured a better homeowner policy and bundled both which resulted in a significant premium savings for me. He is very professional and follows up as he has stated.
